Thanks hormones!!🤬 ▫️ 🤷♀️ Despite weighing in at my lightest this year and being leaner than ive been for a loooong time on Saturday, I've steadily retained water every day over the last 5days now weighing in a full 1.5kg heavier again. I've also lost my abs and gained a flobbly lower belly pooch that wobbles when I run and skip plus visible cellulite in my thighs and triceps😒🙄 ▫️ 😑 Not worried though, I'm still strong, I'm still fit and smashing out wods, I'm just hormonal.....give it a week of constant pissing and I should be back to normal😂 ▫️ ❓Have I pressed the "Fuck-it" button on my diet??
