What was the argument that led to Doombringer and Telamon's fight/breakup? How did they make-up/learn to love each other again during/post lost-realm?
Telamon is the God of War, Doombringer is the God of Justice. They had completely different perspectives on life that were going to clash eventually. Telamon only knew the gladiator ring and the only time he ever went outside pre ascension was to fight a war. All he knows is senseless violence used as entertainment. Doombringer is a godborn, raised to be a pinnacle of justice and to protect the innocent from guilty. They were bound to clash.
Doombringer broke up with Telamon for this reason, and because he still cared about him and didn’t want to send him to the Banlands, he thought this was the better option. Telamon did not take the break up so well. The fight was brutal.
They were able to make up because ironically their roles changed during the Lost Realm. Doombringer began to hunt down and kill the innocent and doing nothing to the guilty, while Shedletsky became a protector of the innocent. Once Doombringer gain some clarity, it was Shed to help him and give a helping hand. They had both changed in those 2,000 years, and they realized that even during those times where they hostile to each other, they still cared in some way. So they stayed, and a new relationship started to bloom, now with a better understanding of the other.
