Just out of curiosity, how does Emmibee's hairstyle work in this chapter of the story? From other pictures, her hair is big and fluffy, but here it appears to be tied into two little puffs in the back and one in the front. It's a cute style, don't get me wrong! But how does she do that? Are there little hair ties that keep her hair in place? It's a very strange detail to focus on, but I've got to ask.

The short answer is, her hair is heavily stylized but each style does represent ârealâ hairstyles. Her hair is very curly, so thatâs why it poofs!
So, in the beginning pages of OBMP, Emmi has her classic âbunâ style.
The poof at her forehead is representative of bangs, and the poof at the back is either a bun or a high ponytail. I usually think of it as a bun, so it would probably be secured with a hairtie and bobby pins.
In chapter two, Emmi is wearing two low pigtails/ponytails, held with hairties.
Again, theyâre very simplified, so theyâre just little poofs. Her hairâs just really curly! (Asgore probably gave her the hairties, come to think of it)
The only other hairstyle sheâs seen with is in the doodles that take place later on in the story.
In this hairstyle, her hair is actually shorter than before since she cut it, so she wouldnât really be able to pull it into pigtails unless she let it grow out again. This one is closest to my IRL hairstyle, fun fact!
