I met a man tonight. He had lived in most of the same towns as I have. Sometimes during the very same years. He was born in 1927. He struggles with age and modernity. But he still likes to watch the ballet. He yelled at me. A lot. We talked religion and politics. He knows of #LovingKindness and #grace but he says #DontGetOld In the end, I brought him food. Top of the Morning people This is my Remix Version of my Grandmother’s Don’t Get Sick concoction. Who knew what Grandma made me do, I now do willingly.
