i've been meaning to do my research project for a week and its due in 5 hours i like to call it ✨extreme sports✨

I used to think I have ADHD but then I thought maybe it's ptsd the question is can you have both? Or can you have symptoms of ADHD without having ADHD? Because I was reading about this thing object permanence and something similar has been messing me up with school work and idk i thought maybe u can help

i can doodle while listening to the lecture and repeat what I heard but I was typing out an essay while listening to a song and i checked what i was righting and it was filled with snippets of the song. i call it "selective talent" 😎

i wanna vent so: i've been struggling with school a lot bc some teachers don't mark things like attendance or quizzes with due dates so i wont see them on my todo list (google classroom automatically makes a list of all assignments marked with due dates) and the only way to see those assignments is by scrolling through the main classroom feed and it gets very annoying and overwhelming and now im trying to figure out how to explain that im struggling since everyone says "look more carefully." 🙃
