Due to lateness of Ghana game finishing we didn't get up till about 10:30. Relaxed morning with a lot of pool and table tennis- pretty much what summer is for!

Ellen's last exam was 1:45-2:45 so I thought it'd be interesting to see if I could make it to school in this hour period. I needed to go on a run and after St Paul's on Saturday I quite enjoyed going from A-B, as opposed to a circular route. This along with the fact it would be useful to hand back a couple of my many textbooks. Only problem with the plan was it was first time I've ran with a bag which took a surprisingly long time to get used to. Anyway apart from it being a bit hot and my hayfever tablets not being arsed to kick in I generally felt alright. Covered just over 8.5km in 52 minutes and average km time was up on Saturday's which I was pleased with seen as there were more hills. Details in the photo. 

Ellen had planned from a while back to walk home from school after her last exam so we did that. Only takes just over hour and a half to walk to Dalston and was still pretty hot, buying a 1.5 littre water did help!

Hope just before 5 where I finally got round to having lunch. Watched fairly dull Belgium game as well as Superbad. Hadn't seen it before. Got to admit on first sight it with it's cast etc it doesn't stand out from many American comedies in a linear genre but was pleasantly surprised. Little bit tedious in middle but not without some great lines. Also think Michael Cera stands out as being pretty poor as an actor, clearly reading his directions and not exactly making the character his own. He is saved by the brilliant writing of Seth Rogan.

Got my DofE group staying round tomorrow so Day 5 might come quite a way into day 6!
