I feel overwhelmed by how much I worked today and yet how much I still need to do and how much I still lack in skills and aaah
I sho7ld just go to sleep probably and get some rest. I sewn things by hand all day long

soon a big talk about doll making, what I’ve done, what I still have to do, problems, solutions, whatever
Doll Projects
So I am desperately trying to rotate doll projects to keep it all fresh so I don't burn out. Doing anything is a little hard because I just had surgery ( I'm doing great btw 🌈💖don't worry). It's still just a lil hard to sit up for longer periods of time. But I'm getting there! I was able to sketch today and I count that as a win!
With that said here are the projects for finished doll bodies that I've been cycling through.
Celebrimbor's canon accessories (shoes/hammer/anvil/ forging armor)
Adar's Canon clothes (Chainmail) his armor and accessories will come later
Thranduil's canon clothes (currently making the long jacket) more pieces will come later
Halloween costumes for Adar, Celebrimbor, and Thranduil (I have concepts sketched for Adar and Brimby. Still figuring out Thrandy)
Doll Bodies still in progress.
High King Gil-galad (oh yeah don't think I forgot about him!) I just have been burnt out on sculpting modifications 😮💨 his sculpt is partially difficult. But eventually I WILL finish him.
I'll likely have another doll poll after these 4 get their canon clothes/ Accessories completed. It will just be a while.
Toy mods that I am planning.
Polly Pocket fellowship (I already have 3 book polly capsules and will base them on scenes from the movies) I will sculpt all 9 members of the fellowship for these capsules. The style will be based on the early 2000's because of the time the movies were released. Though I might choose for my micro dolls to be in the 80's/90's Polly Pocket style. Not sure yet. Also trying to figure out how to properly modify the capsules.
Polly Pocket Mordor (I need to find a Polly capsule for Adar's Mordor from the rings of power) I will sculpt an Adar and Glug micro doll for this capsule. I'm thinking that the original 80's style will be perfect for them. Haven't forgotten this! Someone in a post was talking about this and I'm like yeah I can definitely figure out how to make a Polly Pocket Mordor! I may also say fuck it and make a fully custom capsule from scratch! I just need to figure out how.
A little doll nook for Celebrimbor (I actually already have a small Disney princess doll nook that I can strip down and modify for this. And itty bitty Brimby has a few pieces of little doll furniture to go in there. I will also attempt to give him a tiny forge in that doll nook)
The boys get a night out (they spent most of the day swaddled 💕)
I’ve been sewing the whole evening. My hands are numb. I hate needles.
I have no idea what I’m doing and would have like to keep on working but I need a break and soon I’ll need some sleep 😂
I ran out of the blue fabric so I just used an old shirt, not even mine or my families.

"Mothman"
Howdy guys, back again!
This one is inspired by the infamous Mothman that we all know and love. Since the first sighting was in the 60s, I took inspo from late 60s and early 70s fashion to create my own version of Mothman. Unfortunately, he seems to have met a rather untimely end...
Hope you like him!
See you on the flip side ✌️
just a quick look at this new head I’ve been sculpting
