Saint Martha, patroness of the home and the domestic work. A home isn't always a house, and a house isn't always a home. First of all, one has to learn to dwell herself.

I made this little saint a few years ago using what I had on hand but her cloak still needed some embroidery. And yes, her face is a bit wonky, but as Ocaña* said, "my Virgin is made of cardboard, her face is made of clay, her cloak is an old used curtain and she's wearing a wedding dress, what more do you want?". Let people make their own saints and commend themselves to them.

While waiting for some thread to restock for my current quilting project, I worked on my donation for my guild’s silent auction. These stuffed animal dolls use the patterns from Pin Cut Sew and are just so fun and cute. It’s hard to pick a favorite between the mouse’s overalls, the bunny’s ears, and the cat’s smiling eyes.
