Heute war ein schwerer Tag für mich da es mir psychisch nicht gut ging.
Ich hoffe es geht mir bald wieder besser. Ich habe jetzt seit fast einem Jahr psychische Probleme die mich sehr nerven aber auch in meiner Beziehung läuft es deswegen nicht gut. Ich möchte endlich wieder mein altes Leben zurück was mir unendlich viel Spaß gemacht hat.
Ich habe folgende Probleme:
1. Zahnfleischbluten. Mein Zahnfleisch ist seit ein paar Monaten entzündet und blutet auch ab und zu mal zwischendurch. Ich habe ein Termin für eine Zahnreinigung und hoffe das dann alles besser ist und ich dieses Problem los bin.
2.Schlafstörung. Ich habe in der Nacht vom 25. auf den 26.12.20 schlecht geschlafen und seit dem Denke ich darüber viel nach und kann schlecht einschlafen und habe auch Angst das ich nie wieder schlafen kann. Mal schlafe ich eine Zeit richtig gut und ohne Probleme und dann kommt wieder eine Zeit wo es schlecht läuft.
3. Puls. Ich achte sehr oft auf meinen Herzschlag und habe Angst das er zu schnell geht und es mal stehen bleibt oder immer rast. Das macht mir Angst. Es ist aber auch zum Glück seltener geworden.
4. Ausbildung. Ich habe mehrere Ausbildungen gehabt und auch Jobs und die habe ich immer wieder abgebrochen. Mal verliere ich die Lust und mal habe ich auch mit der Psyche zutun.
Mein Wunsch ist es einfach das ich diese Probleme loswerde und endlich mein altes Leben wieder Leben kann. Ich schaffe das. Ich werde alles daran setzen. Ich habe morgen ein Bewerbungsgespräch für eine Ausbildung und hoffe das es auch zu 100% klappt. Und dann ziehe ich es auch durch. ( Ich habe das schon oft gesagt aber diesmal werde ich das schaffen) .
Ich hole mir mein altes Leben zurück und werde auch wieder mit Sport anfangen und alles schaffen.
