Oh Hi 👋 and happy almost Fall. Haven’t been on here in forever! What a day ……anyone else?!! Had a lot of questions after my last story about fitness over 50 and happy to share! I am fortunate to work with a personal trainer who pushes me. Nutrition, motivates me and always strives to show me what I can do to improve….although sometimes I wanna tell him to #foff not gonna lie 😂 @jl_fitness__ Almost 3 years ago I had never set foot inside a gym and now it’s just a part of everyday life ~ which is amazing! One of the best things I’ve ever done for me is to take charge of my health and learn about my body and what I can do to improve my wellness. I am now 52 and in the best shape of my life ~ so reminder it’s never too late to look after you.
