What would HPD + SZPD + OCPD + OSDD1A look like?
OSDD doesn't have any similarities between these personality disorders, so it doesn't contribute anything to their specific presentation.
HPD & SzPD & OCPD are all fairly dissimilar. OCPD & SzPD are the most similar. here's a post i wrote about OCPD & SzPD comorbidity.
adding HPD into the mix would create an interesting, conflicting dynamic. Schizoids and OCPDers both have trouble with relationships, so the HPD urge to be in the spotlight and thinking of relationships as more intimate than they actually are would clash a lot with the SZPD & OCPD relationship difficulties.
i think all three have "shallow emotions" in common, though in SZPD this is true for outward appearances and not internal experiences.
the tendency for dramatics in HPD would also clash with SZPD as well as OCPD's rigidity. both OCPD and SzPD have trouble with sharing emotions, which definitely isn't the case for HPD.
i do think that the HPD need for compliments and attention might work alongside OCPD perfectionism and work-orientation to increase the person's need for their work to be noticed (and complimented on how perfect it is). both HPD & OCPD are easily upset by criticism. a person with both would be extremely perfectionistic and their already excessive anxiety about getting things right would be very high.
HPD speech being "excessively impressionistic and lacking in detail" might combine with SZPD's apathy to create a lot of short answers in conversation, giving only what's needed and not elaborating unless asked.
one HPD trait is being easily suggestible and gullible. i don't think that this would fit the pattern of either SzPD or OCPD, both of which tend to be very self-reliant.
one OCPD trait which i can see being amplified by HPD is the tendency to hoard items. i think the emotions of HPD would mean there's an even deeper sentimental attachment to things than there would with just OCPD.
i think OCPD self-criticism and need for perfectionism would be heightened with HPD need for attention, but it would also clash with SzPD apathy.
pretty much every SzPD trait is the opposite of HPD traits, so there would be either a lot of swinging between the two, or conflicting desires and behaviours. OCPD is slightly less clashing with HPD, but there's still a lot of difference between them.
