Your system is full of variety? Yep, you’re real. Your system has little/no variety? You’re real. Omg, there’s no way you think you’re faking. You’re so real.

i’ve dealt with these fellas for a while (except for heed! she must’ve split recently due to an irl situation that happened almost month back)

they are all fragmented, i’ve no clue if they truly resonate with the identities i’ve connected to them and it’s always a struggle telling which thought belongs to who

you're all valid. the child's brain is incredibly fragile and everyone is traumatized differently. just because your trauma wasn't from a parent, doesn't make you any less valid.
