Back in May the Slovenian experimental electro noise protagonist released a convincing album of different atmospheres - from soft but tight soundscapes to harsh synths breaking your ears through layers of effects. Siclar is definitely not an album for everyone. It’s the type of stuff that gets you to the bones - if you like it or not. But isn’t that what music is all about? Siclar Remixes brings 6 fresh versions of 4 songs from the original. All done by local producers somehow connected with Lifecutter. Be it through label, other projects or gigs, Dodecahedragraph, Nina Hudej, Christian Kroupa, Nova deViator, Skeletonium and Stanny Abram breathe new life into tracks, mostly softer or a bit more absent. Definitely not the stuff for an Average Joe, but an experience for sure.
