Virgil: *huffs and moves over to hug Patton*

Thomas: You are adorkable, Patton. *hugs Patton and Virgil*

Logan: That is not even a word.

Virgil: Just come here, L. *grabs Logan and pulls him into the hug*

Roman: Make room for the royal!!

Thomas *looks up from the hug at the last side*: Deceit?

Deceit *arms crossed*: Deceit Declines. Friendship.. yuck-

Roman *Grabs Deceit's cape*: Just get in here, Noodle!

Patton is bound to find out how to get Thomas something that he can touch and use that’s not imaginary, so that Thomas finally can get his own x-mas sweater.

First it was Lamp, then it became Lampt then Deceit slipped in on a banana peal and got stuck in the sweetness.

So apparently The sides can be seen by Thomas friends. Thomas and Virgil both panicked so hard the others mainly Logan had to tell the friends about them. Friends mildly confused, it’s not the most crazy thing that Thomas has gotten himself into. but they won’t hesitate to give the sides the shovel talk. even if both Patton and Roman wonder how the heck that’s gonna work.

Anyway, it’s DLAMP(T) or well LAMP(T) with a noodle who is pinning but has given up on it until the end when the others confront him and it becomes Dlamp(t)... (not sure if i want to have Thomas in it or not idk) -Human au. -Deceit got burns from a fire that destroyed his birth town and took his family.

i’m just gonna star rambling:

All of them live together.

Deceit moved in last and had already had a bad start with Virgil before he even moved in, making things tense.

The others are dancing around each other clearly in love but having not addressed it.

Deceit keeps out of the way, all those pinning lovesick looks make him feel like throwing up or wanting to punch something.

He doesn’t see the appeal. after having been sent around amongst foster homes all of which at the star said they loved him until he grew out of the system.

But slowly after the others got together he realise he kinda want that too.

He instantly scolds himself and ignore his feelings even if it hurts when he lets his mask fall when he’s in his room.

But slowly the others start to warm up to him and things get less tense.

Patton drags him into the movie nights and makes sure he’s present for the meals and not holing up in his room, like he did in the past.

Slowly they all fall into a rhythm and Deceit is confused and slightly guarded when they all seek him out due to different reasons.

Roman with help for theatre or to talk musicals

Logan if he wants another point of view on things

Patton if he wants help with baking or watch cartoon with him.

Virgil has ended up leaning against him when they watch Tv like a content cat.

Deceit is just happy for the time he get to spend with them, and won’t dare mess up their relationship by him joining it.

The thing that kicks it off is when Deceit leaves unannounced to go visit the ruins of the town he was born in (a two day trip), leaving his phone at home. 

he didn’t think the others would notice.

But they did after a few hours of things just feeling wrong.

Meanwhile the others are trying to figure out where their resident snake lover went while also realising they want him more than they previously thought.

With Deceit gone they do bring up their feelings and decide that when he comes back (he got to since all his things are still there) to tell him how they feel.

Deceit has no idea of the chaos he created and is having a quiet a bit bitter sweet trip to see how much nature has taken over the remains of the town, while also meeting some of the old people in the next town his family knew. (he also visits the memorial for all the casualties that the fire caused)

When he get’s back home he barley have time to take of his coat before he is tackled by a crying Patton and a stressed out Virgil.

Both crying for him to not leave like that again.

and it is then he tells them he did say he was going on the trip like three weeks in advance.

Making Logan blush at the fail of recalling that information.

In the end they tell Deceit their feelings and he won’t deny the tears that fell down his face.

In the end he was in the middle of a cuddle pile and despite still being vary of love he didn’t fear trying with them.
