Alviera - Small Container Starter

Decided to build something while taking a break in cc making. Here's a starter home inspired by a real life small container home I saw while going on a trip. And I had a hard time naming this lot so I just named it from that place I went to.

This house is starter friendly, with a price of §16,220 (furnished) and §13,910 (unfurnished) though I used a couple of cc just so the furnishings would be as cheap as possible. Most items used are from the base game and some from Late Night and University Life, but I think the EPs aren't that essential as I used just one object per pack. Good for two sims with a single bedroom combined with the living room and an open kitchen-dining area at the entrance.

150, 170 Main Street & 30 Lakeside Drive as an Apartment Lot ✽ CC Required  > Moi_FenceInvisibleMeshless is required in-order for the top deck of 150 Main Street to be included as part of the playable unit. The fences are also used to create boundaries in the centre of the lot so walkbys will use paths instead of walking across the grass - I’ve included the one piece of CC in the download

How’re ya’ll doing? I hope you’re all good. I’ve been meaning to make a follower gift, but every time I start on something I end up deleting it again because it looks like utter shit. ANYWAY! I took a tiny challenge. “10 Minute build”. You have 10 minutes to build a house that has at least 1 bedroom 1 bath. 

The concrete slab pad is a small starter home for 2 sims.

It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

Its furnished with the basics

CC interior included

Library file AND sims3pack file included

Should be all base game
