Alviera - Small Container Starter
Decided to build something while taking a break in cc making. Here's a starter home inspired by a real life small container home I saw while going on a trip. And I had a hard time naming this lot so I just named it from that place I went to.
This house is starter friendly, with a price of §16,220 (furnished) and §13,910 (unfurnished) though I used a couple of cc just so the furnishings would be as cheap as possible. Most items used are from the base game and some from Late Night and University Life, but I think the EPs aren't that essential as I used just one object per pack. Good for two sims with a single bedroom combined with the living room and an open kitchen-dining area at the entrance.

This lot is saved as .package, place in Library folder (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library) to install. I already included cc made by me in a separate folder, just put them in your Mods\Packages folder.
