4to3 simkoos IKEA Collection
Presenting...the largest set I've ever converted!
All credits go to @simkoos for the mesh and textures. [TS4 original]
📌 Some important notes:
Info on individual objects can be found here.
The DUNDERGUBBE box has 5 presets, only one is CAStable.
The FRAKTA bag is not CAStable, left it like that since IKEA only has blue and yellow as its bag color (also, the mask would be difficult to make - yeah, yeah I admit I'm lazy lol).
The JÄTTESTA shelf unit is almost as high as a full wall, so a slightly shorter version is also included, which has same height as the EKENABBEN shelf.
The KALAS utensils (except for the cutlery) are stackable.
The KLUNKA laundry basket is functional, so you need either Ambitions, Town Life, University, or any of the store hampers to function properly.
The XL rug has a total of 36 presets, so they are divided into two sets of 18 presets each (idk if it's just me but I can't imagine scrolling across presets that plenty lol).
These items have a reasonable polycount for gameplay (highest was around 2k+)
Since this a large set, I've also included a collection file (aisquared4to3simkoosIKEA_COLLECTION.package) to put in the Collections folder.
📌 Items not converted...(and reasons why)
UPPLAND seating set: looks a lot like the EKTORP set, which can be found here, here, and here.
POANG armchair: already converted here and here.
JULES chair: already converted here, here, and here.
MALM dressing table (with mirror): no need to be converted since a separate mirror could just be placed on top of the empty dressing table (also there are no functional vanity tables in TS3), and while I attempted to convert the separate mirror I couldn't get the reflections right so as a workaround I just edited a TS3 mirror to make it look like the TS4 counterpart.
FAMNIG HJÄRTA cushion: already converted here and here
UNDERHÅLLA blocks: would have wanted to make it functional, but I haven't any way around making toys, maybe next time I'll give it a try.

Favourite Sims 3 Build & Buy
As promised, here are my favourite build/buy objects for the Sims 3. It should be noted that I REALLLLLLY prefer MM/converted from other Sims games content when it comes to build/buy stuff. That being said, @xto3conversionsfinds is top tier in finding said content. Everything converted is listed nicely by packs (( !!!!! )) and which Sims franchise they come from. For me personally, I stick everything into folders on a USB I have especially for converted items (( ie; TS4LoveStruck, TS2ApartmentLife, TSMBuild, etc. I'm weird, I know. XD I just love being organized. )), so it's quite helpful. Also found stuff I never knew about as well. So starting off strong with converted objects from Sims 1 - 4 & TSM; @bioniczombie, @kandiraver-sims, @twinsimming, @pixelfrogslegs, @aroundthesims, @madraynesims, @thesims1master, @aisquaredchoco, @danjaley, @mspoodle1, @grandelama, @shushilda, @dacrystalsim, @randomsimaddict, @martassimsbookcc, @azzazz03, @rachel-homeanddesign-sims, @ilvansims3conversion, TheJim07, @teekapoachive, @just-another-sims-whore, @givresims, @polrbearsims, @deniisu-sims, @bast-sims, @syninplays, Votenga, @freezesecret, and... myself! @puffkins2000 (( lol--I'm not as good at converting content as the others listed )) * Please note that this is absolutely not *every* creator who converts. In saying this, I also like edited EA meshes; several of the above, like @aisquaredchoco, also specialize in editing existing TS3 meshes. ^^ Okay, stepping AWAY from EA/Maxis build and buy content, these are the items I have in my game that I just can't help but love! ~ Modish-Kitten -- Nail polish, coffee ~ TheOtherSim -- Cup Cats, Catpuccino ~ Soloriya -- Galaxy Cocktail + other galaxy food not pictured, Alien Cupcake, + some other random bits. I also converted a few of her Halloween items when I was first starting to convert. ~ Simblroonies -- So, first it was only their monstrous men and female posters... but then I downloaded some of their other posters and wall decors as well. XD Roofs: Scalloped Roof colours, Sandstone roof colours, Raise The Roof, Multicolored roof recolors, Slates and Sheets, Polka Dot recolours, * So, this post was queued for apparently today, lol. It was posted because I forgot about it. XD So, for the time being, I'll going to leave it posted and continue to work on it in the future. I'm not even all sure what non-EA I have, to be honest.

Hmm..I might do a few ones that I like. In fact, there was already one that I had already "converted". I put quotation marks as it was not really a conversion but rather a remake so that it will look very similar to that TS2 wall.

Another milestone I guess, and I'm proud of it. This just shows that when you wanted something so badly you'd go through hoops just to achieve it (a lot of trial and error aligning the mesh parts and those $*#@&%^ wall masks). And yeah, I guess I got what I wanted to have in my game, this TS2 window being converted at last.
University Life Object Tweaks
Decluttered, resized, and repurposed, here's a set of edits on select University Life objects.
Melville and Milk Crates Bookshelf 1x1
Resized to 1x1 to fit in smaller homes. Two CAStable channels, costs §195. Functional as a bookshelf with working geostates. Found in Storage > Bookshelves.
The crate is also separated into a working surface and also made stackable. Has one channel, costs §25. Found in Surfaces > End tables, Displays, Misc. Renamed "Justa Crate" in game.
Two-tiered Single Desk
Decluttered "Frequency Fun Mobile Radio Station" remade into a desk. Has four channels and 16 slots. Costs §175. Found in Surfaces > Desks.
Quacklit Lampless
"Quacklit Lamp" made as a decor item with the lamp part removed. Has one channel. Costs §50, found in Decor > Sculptures, Misc. Renamed into "Quack-Un-lit" in game.

Mags' Door Stencils Edit
A semi-conversion from TS2, where the "Mags' Door" from the basegame is edited using stencils from TS2's "'Chiclettina Mauritania' Glass Beveled Door".
The door mesh was simply cloned and edited the presets to show the original TS2 stencils. This is not a default replacement, so other default edits on the same door will not conflict. And this is only a texture edit, so the polycount should stay intact (hLOD: 576, mLOD: 184).
Three presets and four channels, costs §277. Found in Build mode > Doors. Price, catalog name and description are copied from the TS2 original.

Hey there! I just wanted to thank you for all the CC you've shared. I've been going through stuff I've downloaded over quite a while but haven't yet installed, and while I didn't keep a whole lot of the stuff because I tend to be picky about "matchiness" on top of only keeping stuff that I know I'll use, I kept everything that I downloaded of yours, which is pretty much everything you've shared, and I can't say that about very many creators. Thanks so much, esp. for the TS2 conversions!

Random 2to3 Miniset
I got an anonymous ask the other day suggesting me to convert the "Bigger is Better" mirror from TS2 Nightlife. And after a series of trial and error attempts it's finaly finished. Then I decided to throw in some unreleased 2to3 conversions as well. Here you go, anon (and everyone else). Enjoy!

Two recolorable channels. Costs §450, found in Decor > Mirrors. Has a slightly hazy reflection, as seen in the the TS2 original.

hi, i really like your conversion of the bigger is better mirror from ts2! i was wondering if you wanted to add a swatch with a clear glass and without stencils (or whatever they're called, english is not my first language) to it like the original mirror in ts2 has?
