I have a headcanon that the MM4 bots all have a very specific "tell" to show they are disturbed\unwell in some way.
When Drill Man is angry, his headpiece turns on subcounsciously and his whole body starts trembling. He'll always catch himself after a few seconds and will mostly choose to turn it off.
Bright Man normally has this glint to his eyes and lightbulb but when he's feeling any kind of negative emotion it just dissapears. His whole frame darkens in general as well.
I think Dive Man's little ear thingies would go up when he's angry and down when he's depressed and whatnot.
I don't think Toad Man's "tell" would be within him exactly, but his emotions reflect on the weather. Very dramatic, I know, so I drew him with a wine glass.
When Ring Man is disturbed his pupils get larger and greyer, I wanted it to be a bit like his appearence in Ruby Spears as in like, the eye color and the eyebrows.
Dust Man is the opposite of the ๐ฒ๐ฏ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ผ ๐ฝ๐พ๐ป๐ท ๐ป๐ฎ๐ญโฆ๐ป๐พ๐ท thing where if if eyes are red he's fine but when he is deeply unsettled they turn black.
Pharaoh Man will litterally be set on fire when he's angry. It also happens when he's scared so he ends up burning a lot of random stuff.
Finally, I think Skull Man would be the exception to this in that when he is disturbed litterally nothing changes. Like at all. But all of the Cossacks just kinda...know. Nothing has changed but they can alwsys tell.
I also think all of them would constantly be exhibiting this when Wily took over because after all they were reprogrammed for evil and stuff. Like that was objectively the worst part of their lives yknow
