Lore to Phobos:

Phobos is a former Red Ring member, after his sister was attacked by some thugs of the RR he went berserk and had to be stopped by Hero’s

He went to jail afterwards where he became a good inmate and got recruited for the phoenix program.

His powers are fuelled by fear, the more fear he smells (literally) the "higher" he will get. The eye on his forehead will open the more he is exposed to it.

SDN provided a shock collar to shock him in case of emergency.

His powers allow him to manipulate fears and let his victims hallucinate their worst fears. To gain control he creates a black smoke which is administered through hands or mouth.

The smoke can be evaded or blown away. As soon as the victim breathed it in tho, Phobos will have control and decides how strong the person is going to feel his hallucinations.

The more he is high on fear, the more victims he can affect. He has a mental connection to the persons effected and has to severe the mental bond if he wants to move on.

It can be disrupted if shocked or knocked out.

He is a quiet and observant man, doesn’t talk overly much and notices small things (he doesn’t have stalking charges for nothing)

He loves kids, but due to his looks they are afraid of him.

He has two cats at home, cloud and coal.
