I don't particularly like the distinction of "adult" shows and "kids" shows, especially for how they are defined in society
Like, what makes a kid show a "kid show"? Being animated? No swears? No sex?
If I were to say every live-action aspect gives a show +5 points of being adults, +10 on swears, +15 on gore and +20 on broad NSFW actions. In public opinion
And it's so shallow as a definition
TDLR of the part below: in addition to "kids" and "adult" we should more often add "mature" and "immature" slider, since brainrot comes in all colors and ages
Imo what makes a show, book, movie, whatever, "adult" it's how it handles its themes. Kid media shows a bit shallow reflection of reality so kids can handle it - they didn't have time to understand grief, poverty, love, class war, tragedy of being alive. They are merely introduced to those things, for the first time
Kid watching kid media should lick the surface of the themes it contains. If there is a war the character is involved in, it would rather be a silly adventure than horrors of what mass murder does with the mind of a soldier. If there is love, it would be a more simplified relationship with a couple of fights, kisses and looking at the stars.
(some media, like wof, star wars, adventure time and more, dwell on that a bit more, which makes them more mature while still kid-friendly)
We have shows like Rick and Morty, Hazbin Hotel, some more or less niche Netflix series. That all depict themselves as "adult shows" but don't really have any themes deeper than what MLP shows? (I enjoy some of these, they are fun to watch, but they just don't explore their premises beyond surface-level analysis). Then we have some media often labelled as for kids (or all ages) that have well executed, thought-provoking themes ("Ender's Game", "Last Unicorn" (maybe?))
And some may say that at least a portion of those "adult" ones are comedy shows, but again, brainrot humor nor a kid saying "fuck" are really mature (still can be funny, just... don't add any "adultness of mind" to the function)
So in CONCLUSION I think we should differentiate between kid-adult (what's appropriate for kids; no swearing, not too much violence, no NSFW) and mature-immature (deep, thought themes that the audience can connect with). A two way scale, like in some political diagrams.
So... If you were to say, how would your favourite media look on it?

Sometimes when my anxiety is being a dick and won’t let me make decisions for myself I flip a coin.
If there’s more than one decision I use my dice I use for DND, it works great and sure it means I’m not the one making my own decisions, but I made the decision to use the dice to make my decisions for me. So suck it!
if anyone knows of any knows of any art/artists (sfw) pleassee hand it over.
also somthing me and my brother noticed, sanford rarley gets a lot of love on his own or without deimos, so this is an official sanford appreciation post‼️ he neat and im so hyped for him getting more screen time<3
A short list of things that could Nintendo should do with Pokemon.
Pokémon TTRPG. Not the card game, but an actual Pokemon role playing game. Big market, I think. Make your own Pokemon story.
Some sci-fi stuff. Humans in the Pokemon world have all kinds of crazy sci-fi shit. Like, teleporters, dimension stuff, why no spaceship Nintendo? Where’s my damn electric spaceship OAK!
Probably sounds overly edgy, but considering the age of a good portion of the fanbase, can’t Nintendo at least try ONE, Pokemon game or piece of media where things get slightly violent? Like, a Pokemon story where we have a little stakes. I don’t mean gore or that I want to see a Pikachu die, but I want the trainers to viscerally stab one another
A Pokemon game where the trainer can jump in. Like holy shit that would be awesome.
A Pokemon game with an actual plot and villains. That one felt easy.
A Pokemon game that actually lets you tackle gyms in any order.
Returning to past regions instead of trying to overly flashy with new stuff all the time.
Secret bases. They were cool. That’s not a serious suggestion, but still.
PIXEL ART. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I AM TOTALLY NORMAL ABOUT THIS NINTENDO, THE 3D STUFF MADE IT LOOK WORSE, BRING BACK MY PIXELATED MONS AND CHARACTERS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEA-
Adjustable difficulty. Like why isn’t that a thing? It could just be for Gym leaders and major NPC fights.
Less reliance on timed events. This isn’t a real issue, but I hate them on principle. I payed money for this game (sometimes) I expect to be able to play it however and whenever I damn well please.
FX and MQ are the SAME height… but a lot of people nail FX to be taller and MQ to be shorter… so I’m legit genuinely just curious.
Why?
Is it because (and I’m not saying only possible rsn, this topic is fascinating to me) the hetero-seeming stereotypes the two have been put into: aka FX the “top” and MQ the “bottom?”

The dynamics of Gwen and Morgana after the Dark Tower reminds me so much of the dynamics of Morgana and Morgause. It's suspiciously reminiscent.
The only thing that stops me from thinking that Morgause did something like this too is that Morgana, as far as I remember, showed some uncertainty and wanted to join Morgause herself. But if not, then the curse might not have subsided with the death of Morgause, because in order to heal Gwen Merlin and Arthur even needed to summon the Goddess for this.
genuinely curious, one of the biggest topics of debate about c!beeduos relationship is- is it alright to keep big secrets? and what kind of secrets? if it has the ability to affect your relationships and family, in a maybe physical way? is it okay to keep those secrets? (like ranboo, more specifically enderwalk) but uh keep in mind there may be actual barriers to speaking about them- c!ranboo literally not being able to physically speak to sam about it
or if it affects only you mentally but drives away your family, causes relationships to break, and negatively impacts You because you refuse to get help and sink deeper into your issues. is it okay to keep secrets like that? (like tubbo)
and how does the viewer really have any place to put their opinion on this when the stakes of secrets are so different in the medium of minecraft.
my biggest question here is how critical can we be of beeduo keeping secrets from one another when the stakes are very high and very situational.
