❝ nice gun you got there. ❞   he spoke up after a brief moment of silence.  he had only just appeared behind her after he had spotted her pointing an sniper rifle right at him and that’s when he stepped behind a wall where he wasn’t seen by her and morphed to be right behind her.  it was always fun to scare the shit out of people by just appearing behind them, it amused him.   ❝ -----  may i ask who paid you to try and kill me? ❞

      “ HM? SORRY WHAT was that? ” the voice broke her away from her book, but she didn’t actually hear what they had said. jinsoo pushed her glasses up her nose, her shy smile tugging at her lips.

     “isn’t it supposed to be spring ??” gloomy words are mumbled beneath breath, dark gaze on the rain-splattered window. he hates being inside during rainy weather, hates being inside period. this isn’t his house, those aren’t his memories and smiling family sitting atop the mantel, he doesn’t belong here. jae drags his gaze from the window after a long pause, sigh whistling past lips. “how long do you think it’ll be before it lets up ??” he wants to get to higher ground and keep moving.

it was late, and if there was anything jungha couldn’t stand it was working the graveyard shift at the diner. the only people who came this time of night were truckers and police officers on the graveyard shift as well. of course there were always exceptions, and tonight was no different. she’d seen them coming for a few nights, so she was happy to see a familiar face. “hey stranger, I haven’t seen you in awhile and I don’t think we’ve actually introduced ourselves. I’m Jungha.”
