I finally installed the Better Build Buy mod and I think I’m addicted lol. I’ve never used much debug or live edit, I’ve found so many new things to clutter with! I’ve been rushing home from work the past few days to finish this build! I even remembered the trash can and mailbox this time lmao.

Starting to share my builds more :) 

I have two new tuning mods for you all today and here they are: 

The experimental food found at Dine Out restaurants including the Maxis-made Chez Llama is both cool looking and some of your Sims may actually enjoy it. If you have a level 5 cooking skill, you can learn to cook it yourself just by eating it. Problem is, to cook it at home you need to buy your own chef station which is huge and expensive. Who wants to buy that just for some weird looking food? Well, now you can cook the food you learn to make by eating it at home using any oven or fridge thanks to the wonder of mods!

HOW TO USE:

Just click on any fridge or oven and select “Cook a Gourmet Meal…” and then in the pop-up menu, find the experimental meal you want to cook and click on it to cook it. Remember, you need to first have your Sim (who has at least a level 5 cooking skill) eat the experimental meal at a restaurant and learn it before they can cook it at home!

CONFLICTS:

This mod will conflict with any other mod that alters the tuning for refrigerators and ovens.

All date events are just too easy. You just do a couple of the goals and you’ve got a gold level date. No challenge there! So, I altered the tuning to make each goal worth less points which means you’ll need to accomplish more goals to get the coveted gold level date! That doesn’t mean it’s impossible now, it’s quite achievable. I’ve tested this several times and it’s now just what I would call slight difficultly. I also took out the goals of “Socialize About Meal” for Dine Out restaurant dates because for whatever reason that one bugs me to no end. I just don’t like talking while eating, okay? I guess that goes for my Sims too. To make up for the removed goals (I say goals because for some reason this goal is entered into the game’s code twice) I created and then added in two brand new goals for you to do with your date. Both are romantic social interactions that I think are cute. If you do NOT have the Dine Out GP, this Date Mod should still work for you and still alter the difficulty of date events. The rest of the code will just be superfluous.

If you have suggestions on more tweaks or additions I should make to date events, let me know and I’ll see about implementing them.

CONFLICTS:

None that I know of. In fact, I found that this mod IS compatible with Wicked Whims.
