Dilan/Xaldin Head Canons
Dilan is a giving, if not stoic and stony person- Xaldin is not.
Xaldin’s general hatred of emotions actually stems from Dilan’s inability to cut people off before they hurt him.
Dilan, in general, has a tendency to go back on his word of letting people sort out their own problems. He’ll often cave to requests for help moments before the point of no return.
He’s a good person on the whole, and puts others before himself.
Xaldin, on the other hand, is not affected by guilt.
Xaldin spent the majority of his emotionless-state taking care of himself, as evident from how well he cares for himself as a Nobody.
Xaldin’s lack of feelings made him realize just how much he was hurting as a full person.
Now that he’s Dilan again, he’s very wistful of his years lost.
He’s nearly middle-aged now. The finest years of his life, he either spent as a doormat or as an emotionless bundle of body-parts.
He’s also very guilty about Belle and the Beast... Like, will straight up leave the room if anyone mentions them, or the castle.

okay here r some messy mermaid AU thoughts
RISHTA / KOI
Pale skin, a pure white tail with splotches of red like drops of blood across her tail, straight ginger hair.
Storywise, she’d probably be the Mermaid in a Tank trope. Kept in some rich, noble setting, a grand sight to behold. Just don’t look too close, or you’ll see the scarring on her wrists and neck from where shackles lay when the party’s done.
NIKE / BARRACUDA
I can think of no better fish. Nike as a tiger shark mer would be cool, but Nike as a barracuda is more fitting.
Small but powerful. Fierce and streamlined, Sharp teeth, wicked angular fins, gold eyes and a silver tail. She’d have no mercy for any sailor she comes across- well, except for maybe a cute girl.
DILON / LIONFISH
Beautiful but poisonous. I love the aesthetic of the dull red striped tail. She looks gorgeous, she looks harmless. Be careful for her nails though- if she scratches you poison will run through your veins.
AMELIA AND HALE / TROUT
The sibs would definitely be freshwater mers! Green tails with spots and dull green skin, happy at home in their lake.
MIRÈIO & MIRÈIA / MANDARIN FISH OR ELECTRIC EELS
Man, the twins would either be mandarin rish, with their very colorful scales and tail, or electric eels, sleek and streamlined. Both are super great and I'm SURE they'd get into tons of shenanigans. Def little mermaid style as in, Overprotective father doesn't want them out of the reef, but they get out anyway.
