I don’t know about real you, but I have to say, dream you was very pleasant to meet :)

He sounds lovely and don’t worry about the picture- chickens are Fast and Sneaky and Very Hard To Photograph.  If you get a picture of him I’d love to see it!

Okay. Okay, I have. a lot of thoughts. I’m sorry. And I’m never going to be able to do them all justice because I want to be able to spend the rare few hours of coolish weather on something slightly more important than debating firefly.Here’s the thing, it’s very difficult to disagree with this completely, because the episodes were never correctly aired. And there’s still some debate as to the order they’re supposed to be watched in. However. I definitely disagree. Firefly was good; it had interesting characters, and an interesting setup. And it deserved so much better than it got. And it was never going to get the so much better because honestly the writers it had were never going to be capable of giving it sustainable quality through further seasons. And honestly that’s a fucking tragedy because while it definitely had issues - as everything does - there was so much potential for Firefly to be a lot more than just good, a lot of potential for it’s characters to really grow and change, and a lot of potential for it to be a lot more than science fiction’s sad dead space western that everyone periodically cries about.Have you seen Serenity? Watch Serenity. Maybe that’ll help.
