So based on the “new minds” line I’m throwing my hat into the “The Cast of The Amazing Digital Circus are mind scans of actual people” theory that’s been around for a good while. Especially after Ragatha enters but was around other people makes me think that the real thing had walked away and this clone is now trapped in the circus completely unaware of what she is.

It’s definitely sad in its own way, and I think I wasn’t a fan of the theory because I wanted the more optimistic “they escape and save the abstracted” side of things rather than “there’s nothing you can do, this is your forever with all of the horrors that implies.”

You know, the complete dissociation from your body, unable to use your senses in the way you used to, having to live with similar circumstances over and over, never able to meet with or experience anything or anyone new, and more similarly terrifying things I wouldn’t like having to contend with were I simply a mind clone and not a “real” person.

But I guess we’ll see.

But if they’re mind clones and achieve awareness that they’re basically super advanced AI, can they essentially become lucid dreamers and gods of this fake reality? Does that mean Zooble gets to have sex?

No I didn’t watch it in theatres, I saw it like a week ago. Thank you archive.org. Due to inadequate apologies or reflections from some prominent individuals that would make people that look like me uncomfortable, I don’t feel like giving the thing legitimate views anymore.

It’s ironic that my theory that Gangle was black was true.

Anyhow, I just returned to my post to proclaim that yeah I was right and the show gave adequate hints guiding us towards this conclusion. I was even right about them gaining the ability to reshape the circus. I was even right about Zooble.

She's fat and the main character and no one mentions her weight once.

I'm fat and my weight doesn't play a part in my day to day conversations, or plans, or friendships. Why can't I have that on tv?
