Third major black protagonist….is fine, probably? I don't know enough about Twelve's time outside of Clara to judge Bill Potts

Fourth black protagonist had to have Rosa Parks explained to him by his white step-grandpa.

Fifth black protagonist puts out a generally applauded effort as the 15th Doctor, only to get short-changed whenever possible and defunded by Disney.

I don't have the closest relationship with the franchise so maybe I'm missing something, but I do not see the polls going well for Doctor Who.
