How I Price My Cross Stitch Pieces & Patterns

Creating handmade cross stitch pieces takes time, care, planning, and design work. Every project is carefully priced based on stitch count, complexity, materials, and the amount of work required to complete it.

I wanted to make my pricing process transparent so customers understand exactly what goes into every pattern and finished piece from Duck Sprouts ♡

Finished Cross Stitch Pricing

1. Stitch Count Pricing

The base of my pricing starts with stitch count.

I charge:

☕️$0.05 to $0.10 per stitch

The final rate depends on complexity and detail level

Lower Range ($0.05 per stitch)

Higher Range ($0.10 per stitch)

Floss is added separately.
