Like I was saying earlier, this method and the madness is something I have done before. Although I have lost all taste and desire to eat sausages, the fat intake capacity continues.

This time around I hope I can continue with this longer than I did last time around. As promised, the proverbial Spinach and Cheese is back. Sonam (my wife) & decided to make good use of the weekend and make a massive batch to last us through mid week.

6 Bundles of Spinach ( Washed and chopped)

500gms of butter - for simply buttering things up

500gms of cheese - well, its spinach and cheese

* Note: Dont use salt as the butter is salted anyway.

Result: Awesomeness

Secret: Last month I was away for a friend’s wedding and was wearing I suit I had cut out when I was a little leaner. Fitting into it meant squeezing in and my current belt was a floater on it. So I punched a new hole for the fit. Now that new hole in the belt is my current standard. Getting there!

The last 3 days my kitchen has almost been shut due to a clogged drain and a whole lot of work around it. However, whatever I could manage to sneak in and out of it is here. The days haven't been as heavy on eating and it kills me to be that way.
