Sexuality Headcanon: to quote phil himself, which i consider applicable to c!phil: "ya i like boobs"
Gender Headcanon: i don't think he's too fussed about it idk if he cares much about gender but i think gender presentation? c!phil wears skirts and dresses and paints his nails all the time he does not care he wears whatever makes him happy

A random headcanon: in Her forest, there's a mailbox that tommy made for techno some time ago. when phil's restless, he goes in there and leaves flowers and prays. they're always gone by the morning. he can only pray it's Her that's receiving them.
General Opinion over said character: c!phil is my absolute favorite my shining star he is so endlessly interesting to me. i could go on and on about headcanons for phil and my feelings on him. this bitch has made me cry more times than i want to admit. c!phil <3
