DESCRIPTION: An anomalous subject noted for their ability to draw upon energy from living nature - likened to a mutual symbiosis, causing any plants in their presence to thrive. Additional testing disclosed that this energy could also be used to heal themselves or others, with efficacy against most minor to extensive, non-lethal injuries. Blood taken from the subject contains similar revitalizing properties, but with a lessened, limited effect. When kept apart from nature, especially if they are required to use their healing repeatedly, the subject will develop symptoms of asthenia and become weak. Access to plants and greenery is essential to maintain their vitality.
BACKGROUND: Originally obtained from [redacted], Tennessee, October 30th, 1998, following an investigation of incongruous activity in a small rural congregation. Retrieval by Agent Priest and accompanying personnel was successful after the subject attempted to escape the church that had claimed ownership of their ability as a "miracle". Suitable control measures were used to neutralize all witnesses prior to returning to Blackwing. Initial assessments viewed their cultivation aptitude with scant interest, but dismissed any practical long-term use. Designation was given as Project Cheron.
STATUS: Missing. Alive. The subject was previously considered deceased following the facility shutdown. Recent recovery returning them to custody revealed that unsanctioned training of the subject by Agent Priest had led to the discovery and development of their healing ability, and their inclusion in covert operations outside Blackwing. Their use on missions has included prompt alleviation of combat wounds, especially in remote or delicate objectives, however prolonged high risk deployment is not recommended. Unrestricted autonomy under supervision within the facility has been authorized.
