Star sucked in a breath of air through clenched teeth. She was afraid if she opened her mouth she might cry out in pain. She had managed to give her attackers the slip, or perhaps they had let her escape. At this point Star didn't care, she needed time to tend to her injuries.
She looked down at her wounded leg. The arrow head was lodged deep in her calf muscle. If it wasn't for her Dragon Scales, which she had wrapped around her leg not only to keep herself standing, but to keep her leg working like a leg should, then Star wouldn't have been able to get this far alone. Her leg was soaked in blood and her body was covered in cuts and bruises. Star was just considering her options for removing the arrow head when she felt the presence of a person close by.
"Come out now!" Star shouted in the direction from which she had sensed the aura. Not that she could do much if the person decided to ignore her.
"Trafalgar Law, you've changed quite a bit since the last time I saw you"
"Oh? I seem to have made quite an impression on you then."
