It's a sad scene in the game as well and I've been waiting to write this in my rewrite. I really hope I can do it justice. I know I get very critical of my own writing, but I feel like I reuse a lot of the same phrases and expressions. One of the characters is in a lot of pain and struggling to fight it. Conveying that in an interesting way and in detail is difficult, especially when the word count is higher than I'd hoped.

That specific chapter isn't set to release for another few weeks. I have heaps of time to attempt to get it right. I was just hoping that taking a break from staring at my document would've given me an answer (it did not).

M got back from home and found me immersed in the journal, put a cap on my head and said "Now you really look like Dipper."

I was wearing cargo shorts, a t-shirt and a sleeveless vest, so... "Yeah, okay, fair enough."

So we agreed that if M was going to cosplay Grunkle Stan I'd cosplay Dipper XD

Now if I can convince K to cosplay Mabel it would be epic. (She is a bit taller than I am, too. Curse of the older sibling!!)

I spent a whole day reading and translating and studying and I definitely didn't get enough sleep after all this.

I may or may not have dreamt of Gravity Falls and portals and weird shit.

Today I'll be running on coffee and spite.

(Ford, get out of my brain.)
