i am tired, but i can't sleep bc my brain won't stop keeping me up @_@ i technically have sleep meds, but it's trazodone and i don't have room for an 18 hour sleep and/or a sleep hangover

so, sleep and eating and anxiety relief and the ability to focus- thc does so much for me. i wish i was less poor so i could have fewer breaks. probably also gonna ask my psych if there's anything he can prescribe that might have similar effects? idk if it exists, but it's worth the risk to ask (the risk being, being told no. dude already knows about the partaking lmao)
