But I like to imagine that with Fox experiencing discrimination for being a beastkin and Celia being subjugated to sexist mistreatment daily, she shares his quells at the unfairness of the world around them and understands the need to exercise control to regain a sense of power. Both of them have been victimised by an older male authority figure, both of them are the only main characters in tpof to show compassion towards their victims and confide in them.

In short, they share a similar psychological structure behind what they do that I think is really interesting.

1. Because I make everyone trans. I’m just biased like that.

2. Because male foxes don’t experience heat. A lot of people make anthro canids experience heat regardless of their sex, and I get why, but still. It doesn’t make sense, from a biology standpoint.

3. Now, I’m probably going to get some argument from this, but Ren’s (well, Fox’s, but they’re the same person) tendency to forcefully feminize others. This could hypothetically be a way to cope with having been raised in such a way that he was expected to be a woman (a vixen? Whichever would be more appropriate for a fox beastkin). This isn’t me saying that all trans guys are into forcefem (I’m not, for one thing). Actually, it’s probably super dysphoric for most of us. But consider the fact that Ren responds to trauma by mainly taking it out on others.

Obviously he’s not canonically a trans guy, and the fact he experiences heat really is only seen in a little bit of gato’s art and not any of the games, but I still like to imagine him as such. Granted, there’s probably an argument to be made about Ren being a trans woman as well, for the same reasons, and I’d say both sides have about the same level of plausibility.

They actively consume eddies on a daily basis, like 1000 MG at a minimum. Mike probably owns a bong and lets Jason borrow it from time to time, but I doubt Jason likes the burning feeling enough to really care for it. Mike also has a higher tolerance than Jason, so he has to help him ride it out. As for blunts, they aren't really interested, but if they were offered, Mike would be the one to take it.

Mike is also the one who starts feeling giggly, while Jason is the one who feels tired.

Hes never been high before, and I doubt he ever would unless he's been coerced into doing it. (Mike's probably the one who would do that) Even then, I doubt he'd use bongs or joints because they can be smelled, only edibles, since they're easier to hide from his Father.

It doesn't take much to get him high either; he could take 10 mg and he'd be out of it. He can be either really touchy or really tired(or really horny).

Strade

(I kinda had to search this up, but I didn't know cannabis was widely used in Germany depending on which part ... the more you know)

He only uses blunts; he doesn't have anything against edibles or other stuff, it's just what he's used to(I also think he might have an oral fixation because he likes sucking on shit, but who knows) I also think he has a low tolerance, since he mainly uses cigars, but he can still function if he doesn't go over his limit.

Ren/fox

If we're talking about Ren, I don't think he would be allowed to use blunts/bongs since he's not trusted with fire; however, he'd be allowed to use eddies, but he gets absolutely faded after (that's the only reason why Strade lets him do it).

When he's high, he can't stop moving without feeling like he's about to pass out; he also gains the munchies.
