This detox granola is packed with nutrient-dense ingredients and free from refined sugars and gluten. It's perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats. 1/2 cup almonds, chopped. 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds. 1/2 cup sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1/4 cup flax seeds. 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes. 1 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1/2 cup dried blueberries.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 300F 150C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, sea salt, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and almonds should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the maple syrup and vanilla extract in a different bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Spread the granola mix out evenly on the baking sheet that has been prepared. The granola should be golden brown and crisp after 30 to 35 minutes of baking. Stir it once or twice during that time. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down all the way. After it has cooled, add the blueberries and dried cranberries and mix them in. The granola can be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks in a container that doesn't let air in.
