you prepared an ice pack as well as a heat pad to soothe his back and made sure everything was ready for when he returned
as soon as he got home you made sure he just went straight to the bedroom to decompress
you had him lay down on his stomach so you could place the ice pack on the places he was most sore, having the heat pad ready for when he wanted it
once the ice pack was placed you just laid down next to him on your side, running your fingers through his hair
you two just stayed there for a couple hours, switching back and forth from ice to a heat pack on his bare back, you making sure he was comfortable
his eyes were closed, but you could tell he was a lot more relaxed than he was when he came home
you heard him murmur a soft “thank you” against the pillows, his voice sounding sleepy
you just kissed his temple and continued running your hands through his hair softly, starting to hum your favorite songs to relax him
eventually he fell asleep to the sound of your humming and the soft sensation of you loving on him
even though he was still a bit sore the next morning, he felt much better than he had in a while, all thanks to you
Now that we know his name, should be change the otp name? Like, instead of Sterek it should be Miecrek?
Using the pillow for it’s intended purpose.
