Slipping back into that #seasonalaffective, dark, little hobbit hole space where I pull away from everyone, stroke the Lying Cat (#depressionlies!), and zone out. But no more! It has been a LONG Winter, I am done. βββ This week's goals: π€ go on a walk with the kids every day π€ drink 96 oz water/day π€ track my food - no shame, just trac π€ at least ONE blue dot this week π€¦ββοΈ #ww π€ journal/list during kids' free writing time π€ do something JUST for me EVERY DAY π€ do something fun for the family (3x/week) π€ do something for Cam π€ continue to do neighborhood signs with the kids (2-3x/week) π€ make dinner and continue involving the kids (5x/week) π€ go on a walk with Cam every evening βββ It's a lot, but a lot of little things.
