maybe if you read that book you’ve been procrastinating. maybe if you don’t take everything so seriously. spill your feelings on pages instead of your skin. maybe if you go on a walk in the snow. then cook yourself a warm, nourishing meal. maybe if you spend time with family/friends instead of staying home in misery. start that hobby you’ve been thinking about. maybe if you’re a little easier on yourself. stretch your body into a pretzel. maybe if you finally realize that you deserve all the happiness in the world. maybe the world will feel a little lighter. x
