The way Ophelia & Charlie could be "made" is literally Puzzles and WPNZ making them out of their old parts.

I'd imagine Puzzles and WPNZ having done a huge overhaul to one another and having the discarded/swapped/broken parts in a pile. Puzzles (the inventor that he is), sees a shape in them and starts to tinker in his spare time to fill his curiosity.

He uses the old parts and substitutes anything with new if he sees the need, slowly building up a small doll like being. Puzzles accidentally touches a broken live wire with a tool, (that WPZN promised to fix but forgot), getting himself and the doll electrocuted as he was still holding onto it for finishing touches.

Puzzles takes a 5 to reboot on the floor and when he wakes up, the doll is sitting on his chest, staring at his screen intently.

It's alive.

Oh my GOODNESS I absolutely love this??? This is so creative and FUN and CUTE??? Using each other’s old parts— ohhh I can ABSOLUTELY see it.

Unbelievable, am I right? But it’s true, we’re going on a break. Favorite Male Character

I absolutely love each and every one of the characters in Kingdom Hearts. Even Xehanort! I want him dead but he’s a great villain!!

Though I guess My all-time favorite has to be Isa. He’s a good sassy boy. Save the moon 2019 or something God only knows when kh 3 shows up
