Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate skillet, cook chicken sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Ingredients: 1 lb dry pinto beans, rinsed. 1 onion, peeled and halved. 3 cloves garlic, peeled. 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt, or to taste. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 6 cups water.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, add beans that have been rinsed, onion, garlic, jalapeo, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin. Add water to the ingredients and mix them together. For 8 hours, or until the beans are very soft, cover and cook on high. Cut the onion in half and throw it away. Mash the beans with a potato masher or an immersion blender until you get the consistency you want. Check the seasoning and make changes if needed. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more cilantro.

Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Follow the directions on the package to cook the lasagna noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. Shred the chicken and put it in a bowl. Add the basil pesto, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped basil. Place the cooked lasagna noodles on a flat surface.
