anyway so kinda continuing on my vent in the tags of that one post what i’m trying to get at is that this is why it’s so good that like, some awareness is being spread. like usually nobody wants to unpack the issues occurring in the mid east (which are horrendous and atrocious, and most of which are directly caused by and exacerbated by europe/america) and i’ve went majority of my life knowing about many issues happening in it just kinda accepting that anybody that isn’t arab/mid eastern is simply not going to take the time to actually give a shit about these problems. so to see people FINALLY research into the palestinian genocide? and circulate it on social media? truly, it means so much. i never would’ve thought it’d even come to that. plz continue researching and learning. learn about the yemeni famine, the syrian civil war which is basically just the government committing genocide on its people, the libya crisis, iran’s history with democracy/america (and tbh most mid eastern governments’ history with the US and etc.), and more. the arab spring is a good place to start with current mid eastern issues too.
