Minor Aspects
There are several minor aspects in astrology, each with its own unique meaning.
Semisextile (30 degrees): A need to adjust or balance two different energies, a sense of tension or frustration, but also an opportunity for growth and learning.
Quincunx (150 degrees): Also known as the inconjunct. There’s a sense of disconnect or incompatibility between two energies, there’s a need for adjustment or reevaluation in order to achieve greater harmony.
Sesquiquadrate (135 degrees): A sense of tension or conflict between two energies, there’s a need for compromise or balance in order to find greater harmony.
Quintile (72 degrees): Associated with creativity, talent, and unique abilities, there’s a strong potential for success in a particular area, but may also require focused effort and discipline to achieve.
Biquintile (144 degrees): Is similar to the quintile, but with an added emphasis on spiritual or intuitive abilities, there’s a need to tap into one's inner wisdom and guidance in order to achieve success and fulfillment.
Septile (51.43 degrees): Associated with fate, destiny, and spiritual growth, there’s a need to trust in a higher power and to follow one's intuition and inner guidance.
Novile (40 degrees): Associated with new beginnings, fresh starts, and the pursuit of one's goals and dreams, a need to take risks and to be bold and adventurous in order to achieve success and fulfillment.
Decile (36 degrees): This aspect is associated with achievement, success, and mastery, there’s a need to focus one's energy and attention on a particular goal or area of expertise in order to achieve mastery and success.
Undecile (27.27 degrees): Associated with spiritual growth, inspiration, and creativity, a need to tap into one's inner wisdom and intuition in order to find greater meaning and purpose in life.
Duodecile (30 degrees): This aspect is similar to the Semisextile, but with an added emphasis on creative potential and innovation, there’s a need to embrace one's unique talents and abilities in order to achieve success and fulfillment.
Minor aspects are considered less significant than major aspects like conjunctions, squares, and oppositions but they can still provide valuable insights into the nuances and subtleties of a person's astrological chart.
Hello! Thoughts on Aries NN quincunx Virgo personal planet stellium?
Love your interpretations 🥰
Hello dear anon,
I'm not into minor aspects, after all, the major ones are more than enough.
But I study because I'm curious and I always like to know a little more and in the absence of any major aspect between planets I see if there is a minor one.
Yet to me looks more that the person wants to fill another void that it has and that instead of working with what it already has, it tries to find something else to complement.
So, as you also don't specify very much which planets are, because, trust me, different interpretations in astrology is what there is more, and personal planets could be 6 of them... I will give you what is each minor aspect.
As they are very small, as I mentioned before, I would apply this only to planets.
Minor Aspects Meaning in Astrology
Semi-Decile (18°) or vigintile: show artistic talents.
Quindicile (24°): show obsession and compulsion, to the point where the individual may become separated from reality in the areas of life indicated by the placements of the planets involved, but some uses to artistic talents to.
Semi-Sextile (30º): planets trying to collaborate with each other despite the disharmonious aspect.
Decile (36º): It shows where you will work on issues in the world of mental and/or spiritual aspects. May show obsession with the occult.

Quintile (72º): Reveals creative talent, compulsion to create, compulsive desire to achieve and shine, developing the gift of strategy and the ability to intoxicate or captivate. It's a tense, challenging aspect but it shows talent and magnetism. It is related to challenges and self-esteem dependent on energies of the planets and the signs involved. This description can be included also about Biquintile (144º) and Triquintile (216º), but in the 72º this aspectos will more conscious.
Biseptile (102º): Indicates sacrifice, martyr, giving up on goals for not being understood in their time. Posthumous Gloria . Analogous to Septile (51º) and Tri-septile (154º).

Jesse baez - Decile
Decile Minor Aspect; Tenth Harmonic
A decile occurs when two energies are 36 degrees apart (or 108 degrees to form a tri-decile), the orb shouldn’t be anymore than 1. I would say this is a considerably minor aspect, even compared to the quintile, which is a Sun/5th harmonic aspect. The reason for this is because in comparison to a quintile, a decile gives off a Saturn/10th harmonic energy which is obviously not going to be as prominent as a light ruled aspect such as a quintile. I will describe how someone might go about interpreting a decile (or tri-decile) despite the lack of information there is on it based on what I believe and researched.
Based on how I interpreted the quintile, I believe the decile is quite similar in the sense that it captivates the energy of a planet and house; Saturn and the 10th house. It shows restriction and growth; abilities to be developed overtime with patience and persistence. The quintile shows habits and talents that already exist in the individual that are either hidden or so natural that they don’t appear quirky to the individual, but in the decile, we see where hard work can pay off if it is done... An unperfected skill that has the potential of being perfected... So where does the 10th house factor come in? Well, we associate the 10th house mostly to do with career so look at this way; Typically people attend post-secondary institutions to further education in an area that interests them for career goal related reasons. So comparing that to a decile, whatever work you put into it, you’re likely doing it because you plan on using that developing skill for your future goals, especially career. Nobody dedicates time into learning a skill just because, it must have purpose. Deciles show learning a skill with purpose.
Ruling out very specifically what a decile means to an individual will be somewhat difficult, especially since this is a minor aspect, but the key to interpreting it is understanding the associations of the energies/planets involved and then taking into consideration what the decile stands for... Restriction... Persistence... Hard work = reward.... Skill with purpose...
An example; imagine a natal chart with a Libra midheaven, so maybe this individual has interest in an artistic or musical career field, but lets say in their chart has Mercury decile Venus involving say, the 2nd and 3rd house. Their passion is music, but maybe because of this decile, they had to work very hard with intense dedication and overcome some difficulties developing their artistic and musical ability. Their hard work pays off, the Saturn energized aspect grants them with extraordinary, outstanding talent and they decide to utilize that talent in its respected career path.
This is an aspect that becomes benefic when the individual decides it has purpose and must be learned.
A lot of astrologers believe this a ridiculously minor aspect and should disregarded from a chart, but I’ll leave that up to each and every individual to decide if a decile (or tri-decile) has importance. I think it would be ridiculous to say it has no significance at all because it actually broadens the possible relationships between planets/energies, especially seemingly unaspected planets.
