What’s your tipple? . What’s your fist drink of the day? . For me, during the week or on a working day, it’s a big drink of plain old tap water, followed by a mug of green tea, then a run or walk with Floss, followed by a lovely mug of decaffeinated tea, made with half dairy and half oat milk! I save my decaf oat milk latte for later on in the day or early evening. . At weekends, if I’m not booked out on a weekend photoshoot, for me it’s a big hot steamy mug (or a French Bol) of very milky coffee enjoyed over a very leisurely brunch. . How about you? After a bit of reading, it would seem to be the Theanine content when not paired with caffeine. Who knew?! But now that I know, they do a fantastic job of getting me to sleep in the evening and I wake up feeling refreshed the next day. For a narcoleptic, there’s not much more I could ask for. As a lover of the tea, they certainly help hit that sweet spot without worrying about any of the side effects from caffeine.
