Okay I know we all love the idea of Roman hating the dark sides (which is probably canon I know but just bare with me), but hear me out, Roman flirts with every side, even the darks, SO HARD, like I'm talking roses, dinner dates, serenades, songs, extravagant gifts, you name it, He's done it. And while the others are used to this and in a relationship with him and think he's a big romantic dork, it freaks the absolute fuck out of the darks at first because there just "what in the fresh hell?!?!?!?!” and deceit always just gives Roman this look of sheer confusion, especially when dee insults him and Roman accepts it and makes a million and a half compliments back to dee (while the other darks are laughing and snickering from behind a corner because dee is the victim of extremely romantic roman today) and the one time dee does accept a date it like the most extra thing in the world jesus Christ??? Like, its not just any dinner date or walk through a garden or something, its a full on Royal outing and the others proceed to make fun of dee who is just like "no you don't understand its so much???" like he can't even bring himself to lie. And the next time the others see dee in the commons, Logan, Virgil and Patton all share smug side eye glances and dee knows exactly why and there just like "has it worked yet?" Extremely smug and dee just sputters insults them because they know exactly what Romans like, but just
