....referring only to the EXTRA troops sent to dc for 4th of july activities (though their deployments for some reason actually last through july or longer). still no plan i guess to get rid of the thousands of troops that have been in dc for like a year

Not exactly an unpopular character, but more people should like Martian Manhunter. Why? Cause he’s cool, that’s why.

This one is hard. I don’t really know? But I love chibi batfam or justice league stuff.

Jason Todd with the All-Blades. It should be way more of a thing.

DC edition.

Carmen knows of all the major heroes, like those in the Justice League, and the Teen Titans.

She is actually most familiar with Batman and his alter ego. As well as all his sidekicks.

But she doesn't use her knowing their identities against them.

Carmen favors the more scholarly types witch is why she likes to pester Batman over others.

She does not really like Superman as he has an unfair advantage over her.

She is not a violent criminal and never steals from those who can't afford it.

So she's not a fan of the Man of Steel's ridged moral compass.

Batman is more flexible and she can actually get along with him.

Carmen flirts more with Batman/Bruce more than any other adult hero.

And she likes to tease any Robin the most. (Dick and Damien being her faves.)

Carmen is also meant to be about Bruce's age.

She will interact with any hero, but can feel a bit stand offish at first. And doesn't seek out any, other then Bruce, and maybe Dick. (As Nightwing)

i just saw Black Bat and the blonde Batgirl playing a game of rooftop tag. Black Bat likes to tackle Batgirl and it’s really adorable. #onlyingotham #ishipit #doisayhi??

UPDATE: i saw the bats again but this time it was Black Bat and Red Hood. they were just sitting on the edge of the building. RH looked at BB and asked if (and I quote) “this was where she went to make out with Batgirl” BB pushed him off the roof. #aretheysiblings

My neighborhood has a twitter account dedicated to all of the Bat sightings. My neighbor’s house is constantly broken into by little Robin because he keeps trying to steal her cats. A different Bat shows up to take him away.

I’ve seen Nightwing and Red Hood doing tricks on someone’s roof. Nightwing is really graceful and RH, I think, is doing it as a joke. #onlyingotham
