Day 2
We did the same 30 min cardio + full body strength training session this day.
I also waist train. i don't think my sister is about that life but i am. I wear my ann chery 2026 6-8 hours a day while in my fasting state. I working out right before i end my fasting time just for that extra boost. I’m not concerned with my eating habits because we eat whole natural foods on a daily basis. I PERSONALLY need to work on PORTION CONTROL and knowing when my body i actually hungry and when i’m just bored.
when i workout i eat even better (portion wise) because i’m too tired to put the fork in my mouth LOL
