My last weigh in I was at 162.8. I love taking this thing slow because I'm don't really yoyoing like I would if I kept giving up.

i just started going back to the gym after like a 3-4 week hiatus. but i’m back now.
weighed in at 168.0 this past friday hoping for 5 lb more lbs down by memorial day weekend.
slow but steady wins the race.

i haven't been to the gym but i've been losing consistently still.
my waist is at 29 in with the trainer now . which i am very happy about.
i’m trying to get down to 27 soon so i’ll be ordering the small waist trainer soon. along with a neoprene sweat belt.
on a separate note: my finances will finally be in order for the rest of the year so i can finally focus on my health and figuring out how i want to make money from fitness. i feel like hosting local fit camps will help.
I have an Aldi Interview tomorrow Morning
i made it past the “job fair” round i guess. i’m excited. i really want this job because its close to home, its physically demanding (extra calories burned during the day), and the pay is greattttttt. I’ve been doing my research about the group interview process and i just need to print off a resume, iron my clothes and do my hair! it’s for 11 am.
when i get the job i’ll purchase a fitbit to track my fitness at work. once i pay bills and stuff
Workout Motivation
Day 19
I’ve been waist training in the large trainer since 7:30 this morning and I’ll switch to the medium for my workout and then be done for the day.
Had a snack of a rice cake and 2.5 oz of beef jerky at 12:30 and I’ll have tuna and toast tonight and will probably be done with a protein shake at the end.
Workout will still consist of 40 minutes cardio and today is arms chest back dayyyy
Trying to envision stepping on the scale Friday and weighing less than 175.
Had shrimp and cheese + 2 tortillas with a few chips. Instead of the Tuna. No protein shake. I'm too tired. Shark week is staring and I'm always exhausted the first few days. Soooo I'm going to be early as hell. Instead of staying up watching movies and snacking. Hopefully I wake up a little after 8 tomorrow.

Day18
40 minutes of cardio followed by abs and leg day. Meal 1: protein coffee + almond creamed Meal 2: Asian ginger chopped salad + 6 oz of shrimp in butter + 5 fish sticks. Meal 3: angus beef burger (whole wheat slim bun + fried egg + a shit ton of cheese. I also had a quarter of a cantaloupe for snack while I was studying. Today was a good day. It felt like a binge but I just ate realllllllllly well. Lol. I'm going to sleep so good.
