Happy October!!!!! And more importantly, happy Inktober! I love having an excuse to do art in the middle of the semester - though, I'm gonna be honest, you shouldn't expect me to be any more consistent than I have been in the past. It's midterm season guys, and I'm deeply afraid quantum mechanics will beat me into the ground.

I am, in fact, following the prompt list this year - even with this one, though this one probably deserves some explanation. When I saw Day 1 was "ring," I waffled for a while between drawing a blue ringed octopus (because apparently inktober is just cephalopod time in my house, and also because they're a fun venomous octopus that I love with my whole heart) and drawing a fairy ring (because I like to draw cartoonish mushrooms). Then I realized: this is art! I don't have to pick between the two!

So I smashed the ideas together. I hope you enjoy it!
