A time shenanigans title if I've ever heard one! I'll go with time loops over time travel because I think it gives more of a looping vibe and do it with JJK which has taken over my brain. So, say that for cursed energy nonsense reasons, every time Yuuji eats a cursed finger, he gets stuck in a time loop that reverberates back to the original moment after an ever-shortening period of time. Eat a finger, then 24 hours later, time resets to the moment that finger was eaten; then 12 hours later, time resets to the moment that finger was eaten; then 6 hours later, reset; then 3 hours later, reset; then time continues normally again from the original point.
The first time it happens, Yuuji goes from one day out from his grandfather's death, packing his belongings at home while his grandfather is being cremated, back to the moment he ate Sukuna's finger. It's too late to do anything about it even if he wanted to and he's so confused anyway that he just carries on the same way he had in the original timeline. Twelve hours later, he's waking up the morning of his grandfather's cremation and then he's on the rooftop eating the finger again. Six hours later, he's lying in bed and then he's on the rooftop eating the finger again. Three hours later, he's in the containment chamber learning about Sukuna's fingers from Gojo again and then he's on the rooftop eating the finger again. And then this time around, it seems to be over. Yuuji keeps waiting for the other shoe to drop, but it looks like the really weird version of Groundhog Day is over.
As he places his grandfather's bones into the urn, Yuuji thinks it's a shame that the loops couldn't have started just a little earlier, for a few last moments with him. And then Gojo pops another finger out of his pocket and offers it to Yuuji, and Yuuji is like, oh wow, here we go again. He asks Gojo if there's anything weird that's supposed to happen aside from the possibility of Sukuna taking over him and Gojo doesn't seem to know what he means, so he just downs the finger and continues on. Twenty four hours later, he's back at the crematorium again, having met Nobara and started his jujutsu training. Maybe this time around, Yuuji spends longer at the cemetery, maybe he asks more questions of Gojo than previously, knowing that in twelve hours he'll be back here again.
At the detention center, Sukuna eats the finger and Yuuji makes the vow and wakes up in the morgue and he's spirited away to the basement. Then Sukuna eats the finger again and Yuuji stands before him and realizes he's already made this vow, already failed because he doesn't remember it from the first time around. Maybe he manages to argue for a better vow, maybe this time at least he gets to remember making the vow. He gets five tries and thoroughly realizes he's outclassed when it comes to Sukuna; only thing to do about it is to get stronger. If he remembers, it's now that he tells Gojo about the odd effect of eating Sukuna's fingers; they conspire together for the best deal that Yuuji can make.
Anyway, all this to say, Yuuji's redo of Shibuya nearly drives him insane. Maybe eating 11 fingers at once means 11 of the 24-hour loops and so on, or maybe an 11-day loop, then 5.5 days, then so on. He keeps waking up to his worst nightmare again and again and again. Going round and round the bend as per the title. Sorry, Yuuji. You suffer beautifully.
I'm not caught up with the manga, but I'm imagining some sort of harnessing of this power with the last few fingers for Yuuji to loop from Gojo's death in order to fix it, for once being able to use this time loop power to make real change. And then they kiss happily ever after and Yuuji never gets stuck in a time loop again. He avoids all time loop movie premises thereafter.

Hi! I'm trying to make a carrd like yours and I really like the internal links to your permissions and fandom pages. How did you manage to create them + links back to your homepage? (I feel very *un*-tech-savvy trying, lol)
oh yeah of course! it's been a hot second since I edited my carrd, but I believe the way you do it is you click on the little plus sign and near the bottom there's an icon with a # that says Control.
If you click on that, it should automatically default to Section Break but if not its one of the options in the drop down that comes in the pop up window. Name the section break whatever you want (the title of the section/page is always good just for organization)
Carrd is always going to be just one big page, but with Section Breaks you can do a little fancy magic trick that tells the site to make it look like separate pages. This is what it looks like in the back end:
Then to link to that section, all you have to do is add the url to the link or button you want to direct to it. The URL will be your carrd's name + the section name. For example, the link to my favorite character shrine, which you can see the section itself is titled "#favorite", will be "entamewitchlulu.carrd.co/#favorites"

Baba Is You is this incredibly fascinating little puzzle game about changing rules to get your little guy, Baba, to the flag. By moving words in sentences around, you can change the rules of the game like you would with coding languages.
It's a REALLY thinky game and I didn't quite finish it, and there were a lot of levels where I had to look up hints, but what I loved about it was that even if I had to look up the answer, I still felt like I was learning something about how to think about the game.
