Aífe: Cal is a delight.
Keagan: Too true.
Shae: You just can’t stay mad at her.

Daonna discusses folklores with MC: "Average fair folk steal 100 names from humans a year" factoid actually is just a statistical error. Average fair folk steal 0 names from humans. Robin Goodfellow, who is not even a Tír na NÓg native & steals over 10,000 each day from both humans and fair folk indiscriminately, is an outlier and should not have been counted.
Robin: If I accidentally sat on a voodoo doll of myself, would I be trapped forever in that position, doomed to starve to death?
Daonna: How am I supposed to know?
Shae: You say, as if we don’t use you as a source of knowledge of the occult.
Daonna: *sighs*
Daonna: You wouldn't be trapped.
daonna first impressions
i need more of daonna to get a handle of their personality
my current impression of them based on the crumbs ive seen so far is:
prickly
introverted
clever
down to earth
no really bothered with manners (maybe just rude)
unimpressed by titles
im not sure how to word this one. but like that they care more for their circle and less for people outside their circle. phrased in that way it sounds really obvious bc everyone is like that; but what i mean is that this distinction would make more of a difference when they're deciding what to do.
they seem to have made friends with shae and robin though, so i think that also speaks towards their personality. (hence down to earth!)
Daonna: I’m gonna kill you.
Lugaid: Get in line.

MC: What's the most illegal thing you can do with one dollar?
Daonna: Exchange it for a hundred pennies, put them all in a sock, and then beat someone to death with it.
Daonna: When I met you, I thought you were a real asshole.
Robin: What changed your mind?
Daonna: Oh, I still think you’re asshole, I’ve just grown to like that about you.
Still fixated on @moiraimyths The Good People (Na Daoine Maithe) that I developed an AU where my MC, Moninne "Ninna" McGill, was a novice nun before winding up in Tir Na Nóg. She still has to deal with being mistaken for the Seelie Court Druid. Meanwhile Daonna is also mistaken for Ninna by the Novice mistress before taken to the convent. Sure Daonna is probably already familar with acts of charity, considering they've been giving medical treatment to common people in game with the queens blessing. However whatever religious ceremonies, rites, and prayers Daonna learned as a Druid are probably much diffrent then the ones done at a Catholic nunnery.
Shae: Daonna! Where have you been?! Do you have any clue how worried I was? What are you doing here? Why are you all...wet? Where did you get these robes?
Novice mistress: Sister Moninne! Why did you dissaper like that?! You know novitiates aren't supposed to leave without permission! Where is your veil and tunic? Goodness, child you're soaked! Now come with me! We'll get you a dry habit, before talking to Mother superior!
Daonna & Ninna: What? No I'm not...
