This might be the hardest Instagram post I've ever had to write. Today we said goodbye to Cooper. This dog has been with me for half of my life - he was my heartdog in a way that I can't possibly describe. The most loving, affectionate, happy dog you'd ever meet, Cooper was hard not to love. For as long as I could remember I had wanted a golden retriever. I couldn't have asked for a better one. . . . Here's just a small sampling of photos I have on my phone.
